Today’s reflection is excerpted from Small Simple Ways: An Ignatian Daybook for Healthy Spiritual Living by Vinita Hampton Wright.
Be generous with thanks, especially to people who are often overlooked. Someone cleans the building you work in. Someone solves computer problems. Someone just supplied you with a hot meal on this long road trip—maybe it’s fast food, but those workers filled your order. Someone delivers your mail. Someone fills your prescriptions. Someone teaches your children or grandchildren.
Who will you thank on this ordinary day for doing their ordinary work?
